Architectural, Landscape, and Land Use Guidelines
The full set of architectural, landscape, and property use guidelines,
including the forms needed to apply for a Project Review. A Project Review
must be completed and written approval received prior to making any
changes or repairs visible from neighboring properties or common
areas. Examples include roof recoating, exterior paint color, windows,
doors, home additions, landscaping, solar installations, etc.

The "Amended and Restated Protective Covenants for Catalina
Foothills Estates #7" were sent to homeowners via US Postal Service
in January 2014.

Ballots were mailed to all lot owners in May 2014.

The proposed Amended and Restated Covenants passed and was
recorded with Pima County on November 24, 2014.
At the time of recording there were 170 "YES" votes and 20 "NO"
votes collected. The 170 "YES" votes equated to 53.85% of the lot
footage (51% was required to pass).
